Forninox™ technology is a patented innovation created by Alfa Forni more than ten years ago. It is a combination of a uniquely shaped internal stainless steel chamber designed to withstand thermal and mechanical stress, a three-layer ceramic fiber dome insulation as well as a changeable refractory brick floor to accumulate, contain and release heat for a true to tradition wood fired cooking experience.
